Local officials have confirmed that two major international resort brands are preparing massive new developments in Nisibón, a quiet coastal area in the northeast corner of La Altagracia province known for its untouched beaches and natural beauty. While the names of the hotel brands have not yet been publicly revealed, authorities say the companies already operate several major resorts in the Punta Cana region.
