Luxe Varié Magazine Announces Its First Zürich Edition, Launching December 2026
ZÜRICH, SWITZERLAND — Luxe Varié Magazine is proud to announce the launch of its first Zürich, Switzerland edition, set to debut in December 2026, marking an exciting new chapter in the magazine’s international expansion.
Leading the Zürich edition as Regional Director is Palenia Pichardo, professionally known as “PLOVE,” a Dominican entrepreneur, fashion professional, stylist and producer whose career has developed across media, fashion, entertainment and business.
Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the United States, Pichardo brings a multicultural perspective and years of professional experience to this new role.
She is a graduate of Berkeley College, where she earned an Associate degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management, a field focused on the business and management side of the fashion industry. During her studies, she also served as President of the college’s Fashion Club, further developing her leadership and understanding of the fashion business.
Throughout her career, Pichardo has combined fashion, styling, production and media. She studied modeling and gained experience working with designers, photographers, makeup artists, stylists and other industry professionals. Her work expanded into fashion editorial production, television concepts, styling projects and entertainment.
An important chapter in her professional career was her work with El Especialito, one of the most recognized Spanish-language newspapers serving the Latino community in the New York and New Jersey area. Her experience in media strengthened her ability to connect fashion, culture, entertainment and the Latino community through editorial platforms.
Pichardo also worked for four years as Executive Producer and Stylist for Nuestra Reina Latina USA, collaborating alongside Luxe Varié Magazine founder and director Marie Llanos. Their professional relationship in fashion, media and production now enters a new phase through the international expansion of Luxe Varié Magazine.
A Different Vision for Luxe Varié Zürich
The Zürich edition will extend beyond traditional fashion coverage.
Luxe Varié Magazine Zürich will showcase the extraordinary character of Switzerland through tourism, destinations, restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, culture and its iconic landscapes, while creating an important editorial space for the Latino professionals and entrepreneurs who have established their lives and businesses in Zürich and surrounding communities.
The project also has a personal entrepreneurial connection to Switzerland for Pichardo, whose family is involved in the ownership of a bistro in the region. This experience provides her with a direct understanding of the local hospitality and business environment and the opportunity to discover stories that connect Switzerland with its growing international and Latino communities.
Through interviews, destination features, restaurant discoveries, business profiles and cultural stories, the new edition will introduce Luxe Varié readers to another side of Zürich — one that celebrates both the beauty of Switzerland and the diverse people contributing to its modern identity.
From New York to Zürich
Founded in New York, Luxe Varié Magazine has always believed that luxury is not defined exclusively by fashion. It is found in culture, travel, gastronomy, entrepreneurship, creativity and extraordinary experiences. The arrival of Luxe Varié in Zürich represents the continuation of that vision on an international level. Under the regional direction of Palenia Pichardo, the December 2026 launch will establish a new platform connecting New York, the Dominican Republic, Switzerland and the international Latino community through sophisticated editorial storytelling.
