From a 17th-century noble residence in Rome to a private island paradise in Belize, these are the much-anticipated new hotels opening from each luxury brand worldwide.

There will be a wide selection of new luxury hotels opening around the world in 2025, including historic Palazzos, spectacular waterfront retreats, and unique properties like a 17th-century noble residence in Rome or a private island paradise in Belize. I have curated a list of all new hotel openings in 2025 by individual hotel brands so travelers can visit their trusted favorites.

New hotel construction is booming with record projects around the world; Lodging Econometrics’ Future Forecast indicates 759 new U.S. hotel projects in 2025. New York leads the way, followed by Nashville, Dallas and Phoenix.

Looking ahead for Europe, LE predicts continued growth with 353 new projects scheduled in 2025. The United Kingdom leads the way, followed by Germany, Turkey (with record-high development), Portugal, and France.

India continues to lead Asia Pacific with the greatest number of hotel projects, with a record-high 641 hotels, followed by Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan. China will make a dramatic rise in 2025, with 1,101 new hotels.

Here are the 10 new luxury hotels opening in 2025 by brand:

The spa will be extended to almost double its original size and reconfigured to incorporate an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Additional openings for the brand include the much-delayed Amanvari in Los Cabos, and Aman Nai Lert Bangkok.

There are two restaurants, including the stunning Bar Bertelli and cigar lounge in the former principal’s office, the original chapel, an outdoor pool, and a tranquil Auberge Spa.
