A New Chapter of Seasonal Dining in Brooklyn

Confidant Arrives in Cobble Hill

Brooklyn’s dining scene welcomes a refined evolution as Confidant opens its new location at 127 Atlantic Avenue, right at the intersection of Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill. Following the success of its debut in Industry City, the restaurant now steps into a more accessible and vibrant neighborhood—without losing its original essence.

Led by chefs Brendan Kelley and Daniel Grossman, Confidant continues its commitment to seasonal cuisine, offering a menu that feels both intentional and elevated. Signature favorites return, including the delicate trout mousse and the comforting prawn pot pie—dishes that quickly became staples among its early following.

This new chapter introduces an expanded culinary direction. Guests can now explore house-made pastas and thoughtfully curated share plates, such as grilled braised fennel finished with burnt scallion oil—a dish that reflects the kitchen’s attention to depth, balance, and detail.

Confidant is not simply relocating—it is refining its identity. In a neighborhood known for its charm and sophistication, the restaurant positions itself as a destination for those who appreciate subtle creativity and season-driven dining.
